Elvis – A Rebel Can Be King
Elvis, dubbed the King of Rock and Roll, was once considered to be a rebellious troublemaker who caused national outrage. His pelvic dance moves infuriated parents, but fascinated teenagers. Despite being controversial, Elvis changed the course of the music world and helped influence other infamous musicians.
As Elvis aged, he suffered from several forms of mental illness ranging from anxiety and depression to several phobias developed from people mocking his weight fluctuation. He had trouble sleeping, performing on stage and feelings of isolation. In order to cope with his illness, Elvis unfortunately turned to drugs.
