Robert De Niro – Failing Is Not An Option

Robert De Niro is regarded as one of the most respected actors of all time. Despite being a high school dropout, his acting ability received some of the industry’s most prestigious awards. No matter what character he portrayed, De Niro’s performance was box office gold. He never let past failures impact his future achievements.

Robert is also familiar with dealing with struggles from mental illness. His dad was bipolar and suffered from bouts of paralyzing depression stemming from guilt about his homosexuality. To bring awareness on how mental illness affects families, Robert created a documentary about his father, Remembering the Artist Robert De Niro, Sr. He also portrayed someone suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder in the film Silver Linings Playbook.
